We were told that this is the Must-Have! Blended with macha sauce, soft serve ice cream and milk, this drink tasted smooth and creamy. Simply heavenly! A must try for macha lovers!
The best-selling appetizer is their Tofu Avocado Salad!
The Salad contains all things healthy: tofu, avocado, tomato, cucumber and sliced cabbage in home made wasabi mayo dressing. It is light and refreshes your taste buds.
The Dragon Roll is fried prawn wrapped with sushi rice with fresh mango and avocado.
If you have not heard of the benefits of Avocado, pay attention the the following:
Avocados provide many general health benefits, in addition to its fat burning benefits due to its vitamin E and glutathione, which protects you against tons of diseases including several forms of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and cholesterol.
We love how the combination of mango and avocado gives a tangy zest to this sushi roll.
You don’t need any more reasons to order this Dragon Roll on your next visit to MOF@My Izakaya!
If you are a sashimi lover like us, don’t miss this! A wholesome of goodness is delicately put together in the Sashimi Moriawase. What’s more, it is very fresh! Slurppp…
Salmon is one of the best alternative to meat when filling your tummy.
Other than omega-3 fatty acids, salmon is also a good source of protein, minerals and vitamins! Grilled to perfection, the salmon blends very well with the teriyaki sauce.
More yummy food! This Seafood Toji simmers with the egg and gives off a fragrant aroma.
MOF uses 100% premium Japanese sweet potatoes to make their famous “IMO” dessert. Imo is low in sodium and calories. A good source of fibre. We enjoyed this dessert very much, especially when we eat the cold soft service ice cream, together with the warm red bean sauce. The combination of hot and cold makes this dessert simply delicious. YUMS!
