Tampines 1 is proud to be conferred the ‘We Welcome Families’ Excellence Awards!

It was a rewarding night for Tampines 1 at the ballroom of Fairmont Singapore as we were presented with the ‘We Welcome Families’ Excellence Award. This award was conferred onto businesses with leading measures that welcome families as customers. The award process comprises of nomination, assessment and shortlisting, public voting and judging.

The biennial ‘We Welcome Families’ Awards is an initiative by the Businesses for Families Council to honour businesses that have stood out in welcoming multi-generational families as their customers through their strategies, facilities and service. There are three kinds of awards, namely The Excellence Awards, Achiever Awards and Champion Awards.

We were proud to be awarded and Tampines 1 couldn’t have done it without the support of you, all our shoppers! Thank you all for voting and supporting us!

Centre Manager of Asiamalls Management (Tampines 1), Ms Julie Tan, receiving the award from Guest of Honour, Acting Minister for Social and Family Development, Mr Chan Chun Sing. Together on stage is the Chairperson of the Businesses for Families Council, Mrs Mildred Tan.

We were also very pleased to congratulate our sister malls – Liang Court, Tiong Bahru Plaza, White Sands and Hougang Mall, for being conferred the Achiever Awards!

Asiamalls staff were privileged to be able to take a group photo with the Minister.
